Rheumatoid Arthritis Diet

Guluchi

Astang Ayurveda strongly suggests for Rheumatoid arthritis diet. We believe in common practice of food and lifestyle monitoring as per the basic Ayurvedic principle. It says that diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, gout, spondylosis, prolapsed inter vertebral disc occur due to wrong practice of food habit and life style.

It is believed in Ayurveda, after a proper digestion of an ideal food the Rasa dhatu (may be called serum) is generated which gives rise to other tissue like blood, flesh, fat, bone, semen etc. If the food is somehow not well digested, instead of Rasa it gives rise to Aama i.e. a toxin. When it acquires in the joints, then rheumatism or gout take place.
