The registration will be confirmed after the recipt of delegatation fees by DD/ NEFT/ RTGS. The delegate has to mention the transaction number with date in the prescribed registration form. The registration form can be downloaded from the website www.astangayurveda.com/asthaa2018. The “filled in form” may be mailed to asthaa.astangayurveda@gmail.com . Last date of registration & submissin is 20th Oct. 2018
